Hey Loves, So a lot of people wonder how sahm's keep their sanity being home 24/7 with a house full of children and what could you possibly do to keep your sanity? I can tell you the main thing that helps me stay sane is GRATITUDE! Don't get me wrong though I can definitely have my moments where I'm like "what the heck I need a freaking break like now!" Often I have to think to myself if all the things I couldn't do like see my babies everyday make sure they are safe and in a safe environment. I can kiss love and hug them all day, laugh everyday, stay in my pajamas all day, not do my hair everyday, not wake up early everyday! Who wouldn't love or want a life like this, now I can tell you who wouldn't appreciate a life like mine a person without Gratitude. Hey Loves, Just like photography when your image is blurry you need to adjust the focus of your lens. As a stay at home mom I am constantly needing to adjust my focus when life gets a little blurry. This year I saw myself making some very important and valuable physical changes with my body, fitness wasn't going to just be a thing where I just do until I get my body where I wanted it; it was going to be a lifestyle change for me. I have been so inconsistent in my life as a mother with getting fit because I am already a smaller frame, active woman I would use that as my excuse to take the extra step to lose what I didn't like on my body which I would just carry weight in places I deemed unnecessary to my personal preference. With the drive and motivation from my husband I set small reachable goals for myself to execute and move on to the next and with each goal I reached I became more consistent and less complacent in my everyday routines as a sahm.
