Hey Loves,
Just like photography when your image is blurry you need to adjust the focus of your lens. As a stay at home mom I am constantly needing to adjust my focus when life gets a little blurry. This year I saw myself making some very important and valuable physical changes with my body, fitness wasn't going to just be a thing where I just do until I get my body where I wanted it; it was going to be a lifestyle change for me. I have been so inconsistent in my life as a mother with getting fit because I am already a smaller frame, active woman I would use that as my excuse to take the extra step to lose what I didn't like on my body which I would just carry weight in places I deemed unnecessary to my personal preference.
With the drive and motivation from my husband I set small reachable goals for myself to execute and move on to the next and with each goal I reached I became more consistent and less complacent in my everyday routines as a sahm. Surprising myself I would actually anticipate the next workout each week trying to stick to my small reachable goals with my body and once results started rolling in I made changes in my diet that I never thought I would actually follow threw with and I became very proud of myself. Along this 2017 journey I have had the amazing support of my Husband as my own personal trainer for weight lifting and my dearest friend holding me accountable for what I said I wanted to do for myself and I return the same favor for her. We live in separate states but we don't let that hinder us to make sure almost everyday we talk to each other with new ideas for those reachable goals for ourselves. Whenever I do see my life getting a little blurry I make sure that I adjust my focus back to what goals I have accomplished and motivate myself to keep it going because there is no going back to that same complacent sahm attitude/life. While I'm sharing my journey with you all feel free to ask any questions or offer suggestions to what you would like me the share with you.
Later Loves!💋
